NCG Clinic was born in Andorra as a boutique medical practice dedicated to precision aesthetic medicine, regenerative medicine and longevity medicine.

Our way of understanding aesthetics starts from an essential idea: beauty is best cared for when it is understood through health. That is why every treatment begins with a personalised medical assessment, a comprehensive reading of the patient and an indication adapted to their real needs.

Founder and Medical Director of NCG Clinic

With more than 20 years of medical experience, Dr Natalia Carballo Gais has devoted her career to caring for health, natural beauty and healthy ageing. Before proposing any treatment, she assesses each patient as a whole: health first; aesthetics second.

She graduated as a medical doctor from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Argentina, in 2004, and began her professional career in demanding clinical areas such as internal medicine, emergency care, intensive care, legal medicine and family medicine. This medical foundation allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the person, in which aesthetics is always approached through health, prevention and medical care.

Since 2007 she has focused her practice on aesthetic medicine, a field in which she continues to train on an ongoing basis. In 2008 she founded her first aesthetic medicine clinic in San Rafael, Mendoza, and in 2017 she created a new project specialising in hair medicine. In 2019 she moved to Andorra, where she worked as an aesthetic physician and medical director at leading clinics before founding NCG Clinic.

Her training includes a Master's Degree in Aesthetic, Regenerative and Anti-Ageing Medicine from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, together with continuous training in hair medicine, regenerative medicine, precision medicine, longevity, skin quality, nutrition, metabolism and integrative approaches to ageing.

She is an active member of several scientific societies, including SEME, SERECAP, SEGERF, SEMAL and SESAP, linked to aesthetic, regenerative, anti-ageing, hair and precision medicine. This involvement reflects her commitment to keeping medically up to date, to continuous training and to a professional practice based on rigour, safety and scientific evidence.

At NCG Clinic, Dr Carballo Gais leads a precision, regenerative and longevity-oriented approach to aesthetic medicine, based on medical assessment, personalised indication, safety, naturalness and follow-up. Her aim is to support each patient with honest, approachable and scientifically grounded medicine, respecting their identity, their biological timing and their unique way of ageing.

She sees patients in Spanish, Catalan, French and English, offering a close, personalised and multicultural medical experience.

Her mission is to help each person care for their health, improve their skin quality, harmonise their image and move through time with naturalness, confidence and wellbeing.

Javier Membrives

Co-Founder and General Director of NCG Clinic

Javier Membrives is part of the leadership of NCG Clinic as Co-Founder and General Director, heading the business, operational and development side of the project.

His role is essential to the organisation, coordination and growth of the clinic. He brings a structured, practical vision oriented towards excellence in patient care, helping ensure that every area runs with coherence, quality and professionalism.

With a background in business and the pharmaceutical sector, Javier contributes to building a solid, sustainable medical project that is ready to grow. From day-to-day management to the planning of new areas, he supports the development of NCG Clinic with a rigorous, solution-oriented approach aligned with the clinic's values.

At NCG Clinic, medical leadership and general management work in a complementary way: Dr Natalia Carballo Gais leads the medical, scientific and clinical vision, while Javier Membrives drives the structure, management and institutional development of the project.

His mission within the team is to ensure an efficient organisation, attentive care and an experience aligned with NCG Clinic's values: precision, closeness, trust, innovation and excellence.
